Krake Law is a respected name in Washington State criminal defense. We are dedicated to providing the best possible defense for our clients. Our offices are in Wenatchee, Washington, and we proudly serve the cities of Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Waterville, Cashmere, Leavenworth, and Chelan, among other areas in Chelan and Douglas Counties.

Krake Law's lead attorney, Stephen S. Krake, has been practicing criminal defense since 2009. He has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, from DUI to assault. He is a skilled and experienced trial attorney who has achieved success in motion hearings and jury trials.
Mr. Krake is a past President (and former treasurer) of the Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services (CDCVAS) board, a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to low-income residents of Chelan and Douglas counties. He is also the Vice President of the Wenatchee River Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the Wenatchee River.
Krake is a licensed attorney in Washington State, Illinois, North Carolina, and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Tribal Court.
